Unless specified otherwise, all shows are all ages.


The New Daisy Theatre reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enters the premises. In addition, The New Daisy Theatre reserves the right to determine, on a case by case basis, which items are not permitted to be on premises.


The New Daisy Theatre is wheel chair accessible.


In the case of unfavorable weather, coat check will be available for $3 per item.


The possession of all firearms and other weapons (including concealed firearms) on our premises is strictly prohibited.


No backpacks of any kind are permitted inside the venue.


The standard photo policy is point-and-shoot cameras only, basically, if it fits in your pocket you can bring it in. Generally speaking, “point and shoot ” cameras are defined as smaller than 5”, without a detachable lens or zoom capability.

Camera and Recording policies are dictated by the Artist and are based on a show by show basis. Please see the specific event page for any additional information we may have. Please remember: Camera policies may be changed at the last minute by the artist. We reserve the right to restrict camera use on the premises.


In accordance to City Law, The New Daisy Theatre is a non-smoking establishment. Smokers may exit (with their drinks) onto the smoking patio on the east side of the building. Smokers may not exit to Beale Street to smoke, however, as there is NO RE-ENTRY.

The use of electronic/vapor devices is not permitted in the building. These devices may be used on the smoking patio.


Once you enter the venue, there is NO RE-ENTRY under any circumstances. If you intend to purchase alcohol, please make sure to have a valid form of ID with you upon entering the premises.

• Valid Photo United States Issued ID
• Valid Photo Passport


Stage diving and/or crowd surfing is not allowed and will result in immediate ejection from a concert.


If you have lost an item, please inquire with Security for assistance finding the lost item. If you have left the venue, please call us at (901)-525-8981. The New Daisy Theatre assumes no responsibility for lost items.


The New Daisy Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or hazardous to others or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Any such refusal or ejection may be without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price. If you are asked to leave the building and do not comply, we reserve the right to involve the police.


In the event that Beale Street charges admission to the street, you will NOT be charged this entrance fee as long as you enter from the Beale and 4th Street entrance and let the security know that you are attending a show at The New Daisy.



Unless the main act cancels, there are NO REFUNDS. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase. Ticket exchanges are prohibited, no exceptions. We recommend that you not obtain tickets from unauthorized sources, as they may be stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.


If you are on the guest list or have a photo pass you may pick up your ticket/pass approximately one hour prior to doors. Names for the guest list and photo passes are not confirmed until this time.


Should you opt to purchase tickets from a source other than the New Daisy Theatre Box Office or TicketFly.com, please keep in mind the following:

  • Admission is not guaranteed if tickets are invalid.
  • Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • New Daisy Theatre cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations, or other pertinent information.

The box office is open Monday – Friday 12pm – 4pm and is located at 330 Beale Street, Memphis, TN 38103

Can I purchase tickets over the phone from the New Daisy box office?

No, The New Daisy Box Office does not accept phone orders. However, you may order tickets via phone directly from TicketFly at (877)-987-6487.

What forms of ID are accepted?
  • Valid photo United States Issued ID
  • Valid photo Passport
Where should I park?

There are paid parking lots adjacent to the venue located on Peabody Place, as well as lots on Fourth Street. Pricing varies depending on the night, and these lots are NOT associated with the venue.

Is seating available?

Unless otherwise noted, all concerts are general admission standing room only. Some seats may be available on a first come first serve basis.

What should I do if I lost my ticket?

What is your refund policy?

Unless the main act cancels, there are NO REFUNDS, no exceptions. In the case of a cancellation, refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

What information do I need to pick up my ticket from Will Call?

In order to pick up your ticket from Will Call (located at the box office) you will need:

  • the credit card used to purchase tickets
  • a valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket.
Can I change the name on my tickets so that my friend can use them?

Is there a bar inside the venue?

Yes, there are three bars located inside.

Can I smoke inside the venue?

No, smoking is not permitted inside the venue. However, there is a smoking patio located on the east side of the building.
